General flower beds, planting of trees/bushes and small vegetable gardens DO NOT require approval.
Backyard playsets are allowed as long as they are 10 feet from all property lines. Owner must maintain any awnings and accessories. Satellite dishes are also allowed and should be located without being unduly obtrusive to neighbors. Rear yards (if reception permits) are preferred or a landscape buffer to minimize from view.
Additions to the home must complement existing structure. Exterior colors and shingles must match existing structure. Architectural plans which adhere to building codes are needed for approval.
Only one building per lot permitted. Matching house materials and colors is encouraged. Treated skid or non-rotting foundation and floor. All work must be professional quality and must be completed within 30 days of starting date.
Three and four foot white picket fences are preferred, but six foot vinyl or treated wood are permitted. Must be professionally installed or equivalent and work must be completed within 30 days from starting date.
