Reedy Fork is very pleased to be a participant in Goodwill Industries home pickup program. Once each quarter, a truck comes out to our community and makes donation pickups door-to-door. Fill the bin with your donation items and place it on your porch before 8am on collection day. The bin will be emptied and returned to your porch along with a receipt.
The public schools serving the Reedy Fork community include Reedy Fork Elementary, located within the neighborhood, and Northeast Guilford Middle and High Schools, located about 5 minutes away on McLeansville Road. Our students also attend some of the many Charter, Magnet and Private schools that Greensboro has to offer.
The residents at Reedy Fork enjoy the opportunity for on-site storage of their RVs, boats, extra vehicles, large work trucks, utility trailers, jet skis, etc. If you would like to utilize this lot for storage of your vehicle, please fill out our RV STORAGE FORM and email it to us or you can drop it off at the HOA office.
The city of Greensboro provides waste collection services for all of our homes. Cans cannot be stored at the street, but must be returned to the house - garage or side yard storage is preferred. If you have items that will not fit in your bin, you can place them next to the bin and the overflow truck will pick them up (note that the overflow truck only comes on recycle weeks).
Reedy Fork is located within the city limits of Greensboro, NC. We have access to public water and sewer services and all of our streets are maintained by the city.
Slatter Management, Inc. is responsible for the financial collections for the Reedy Fork Master Association. Monthly payments can be made using a coupon booklet or via auto-draft. If you have questions about your account, please contact Chris Johnson at 336-272-0641. She can help you set up auto-draft payment and let you know your current balance. Go here to make an online payment (transaction fees apply).
REEDY FORK RANCH
A paved trail that winds along Reedy Fork Creek through the woods offers a peaceful retreat for walking, jogging or riding bikes. It is located behind our Black Willow, Elderbush and Boxelder neighborhoods (the first ones on the left when entering Reedy Fork Parkway from Hwy. 29) with several trailhead entrances. We also have over 10 miles of sidewalks throughout all of our neighborhoods...perfect for daily exercise. A tunnel to safely access the Community Center is located near Elder Place.
With our smaller lot sizes and multi-family houses, there is not always sufficient space for families to garden at their home. Thanks to the help of some of those within our great community, however, a space has been provided for those who would like to grow their own fresh veggies. If you are interested in learning more or joining the group, contact organizer Kelly Walker at firstname.lastname@example.org.
